My environmental vision for Rocky View is built on pragmatism and preservation. It starts with protecting our water—our most precious resource. I will champion the County's Water Shortage Plan and Riparian Protection Bylaw to ensure we manage this responsibly for the next generation.

Secondly, I believe in smart land use. I support the new Municipal Development Plan that directs industrial solar away from our prime agricultural land. Our farmland is irreplaceable; let's put panels on rooftops, not on soil.

Finally, this vision only works through inclusive dialogue. I will ensure we continue the County's work of robust public engagement, just like with the new Agriculture Master Plan, listening to farmers, families, and businesses alike.

It's not about saying 'no' to progress; it's about saying 'yes' to a sustainable future that protects what makes Rocky View unique.
