Why am I running for Council?

I'm running because Rocky View County needs a decisive shift from reactive politics to proactive, forward-thinking leadership. A little research repeatedly reveals an elected council hampered by infighting and stagnation.

I believed action was better than criticism. I sought out our councillor, and my appointment to three County boards gave me a crucial education in governance. 

At the doors there were recurring themes: frustration with slow permitting and approvals, and a real desire to understand what our future growth will actually look like. Residents are tired of the drama. They want a councillor with integrity to lead.
